Our approach
Artisan Noir respects privacy by collecting only the information required to answer enquiries, provide agreed services, administer the website and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, the content of your message and any information you choose to include. Basic technical logs may record an IP address, browser details, requested pages, dates and security events. We do not intentionally request special-category or highly sensitive information through this website.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to questions, prepare or perform an agreement, provide support, protect the website, maintain business records and comply with applicable law. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, or for legitimate interests such as communicating with clients and securing our systems. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
Sharing and processors

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online service is entirely risk-free, so please avoid sending confidential credentials or sensitive personal records through ordinary email.
